Most repairs are really three jobs: find the problem, fix it, and put everything back. A leak under a slab means locating the line, cutting the concrete, having the pipe fixed by our licensed plumbing partner and pouring the floor back. A broken fountain means draining it, rebuilding it and sealing it. We handle all three parts, so you are not chasing a plumber, a concrete contractor and a painter separately.
How a repair goes
- Step 01
Find the problem
We open a wall or ceiling only where we need to, right at the problem.
- Step 02
Cut and dig
Underground lines get marked, then concrete is cut and trenched to reach the pipe, with the area covered and taped off.
- Step 03
Fix it right
New copper lines, valves and fittings, put in by our licensed plumbing partners, strapped and tested.
- Step 04
Close it back up
The concrete is poured back and the floor is whole again.
- Step 05
Finished and working
Fountains, pool showers, outdoor kitchens and more, finished and working again.
